Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding acceptable limits may be rejected.

Ethical Responsibilities of Editors

Editors must:

Ensure that all submitted manuscripts are evaluated fairly, objectively, and without bias.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding manuscript content and reviewer identities.

Avoid handling manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.

Make publication decisions based solely on the manuscript’s scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers play a critical role in maintaining the quality of the journal. They must:
